1. No Representation of Supply

Nothing on this website constitutes a representation or guarantee that TEXSYS can supply products, equipment, technology, or services to any particular country, entity, person, project, end user, or end use.

2. U.S. Export-Control Laws

Products, software, and technology supplied by or through TEXSYS may be subject to United States export-control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and, where applicable, other U.S. export regulations. Certain items may require an export license or other government authorization depending on their classification, destination, end user, and end use.

3. U.S. Economic Sanctions and OFAC

TEXSYS intends to comply with applicable U.S. economic sanctions, including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Sanctions may prohibit or restrict transactions involving certain countries, regions, governments, entities, and individuals, including persons identified on U.S. government restricted-party lists. TEXSYS does not represent that it is authorized to engage in transactions with any sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction or person.

4. Export Licensing

Where a license or other authorization is required, a transaction may not proceed unless and until that authorization has been obtained. TEXSYS makes no representation that any license or authorization will be applied for or granted.

5. Import/Export Restrictions and Destination-Country Laws

Transactions may also be subject to customs, import, export, tax, and regulatory requirements of the destination country and of any transit country. Customers are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdictions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. End-User and End-Use Restrictions

TEXSYS may require end-user and end-use information, statements, certificates, and supporting documentation. TEXSYS will not knowingly supply items for prohibited end uses or to prohibited end users, and may decline, suspend, or cancel any transaction that raises compliance concerns.

7. Manufacturer Restrictions

Manufacturers may impose their own restrictions on the resale, export, destination, or use of their products. Such restrictions may limit or prevent TEXSYS from supplying certain equipment for certain projects or destinations.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, distributorship, agency, partnership, representation, or affiliation with TEXSYS ELECTRIC LLC.

8. Logistics Restrictions
